We have assembled an all-star panel of speakers including finance executives with sell side and buy side experience, an executive from Bowne, a leading provider of on-line data room services, and two investment bankers with vast transaction expertise.

Summary:

This panel will discuss a variety of strategic and operational issues faced by executives in the area of mergers and acquisitions.  The audience will hear the perspectives of two CFOs who have led the sale process for their respective companies.  We will also feature a CFO from Boston Ventures who will discuss M&A from the private equity perspective.  The audience will also hear the M&A perspective from an executive from Bowne & Co. discussing the impact of virtual data room technology on the due diligence process.  This program will offer two CPE credits.
